baby & me this playful class allows new moms to connect with their babies and reconnect with their body after pregnancy. the class will focus on poses that re-strengthen the post-partum body and poses that mom & baby can do together. baby yoga poses that aid digestion, increase flexibility and strength, and promote calmness and relaxation will be introduced. classes are for babies six weeks old to those not yet crawling.
the class meets on fridays from 12:00 to 1:15 p.m. no registration required. |
